Return Policy

Returns

• Made to be; accepts returns within 14 days from the date your order shipped.
• Item must be in the same condition you received it. Unworn and free of pet hair, fragrance, deodorant, and makeup.
• Hats, jewelry, gift cards, and other accessories are final sale.
• All sale or discounted items are final sale.
• All returns will be issued store credit.
• All customers will be responsible for paying shipping on returns. 
• Return package must include your packing slip or an order summary with your first and last name, order number, and reason for returning the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you received an item that's defective or damaged contact us within 3 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
